The Competence Center Multimedia Analysis and Data Mining (MADM) at the DFKI focuses on the following research areas:

Our research is based on the application of statistical machine learning and computer vision algorithms and ranges from basic research to industrial knowledge transfer. All our work is funded through public national and European research grants and direct industrial contracts.
