to the web demo of the navidgator
image browsing system!
Navidgator
allows you to efficiently search and browse collections of
pictures and video frames based on their visual similarity. Images
are grouped according to their similar color and texture, and you
can browse these groups similar to a visual map:
You
can „zoom out“ and view the whole collection, getting a
high-level overview
You
can „zoom in“ and view a very specific group of similar
images
You
can „pan“ and select other images as your focus of interest.
